Allegri Reacts To Paul Pogba’s Extortion Claims. Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri claimed he hasn’t met Paul Pogba since extortion allegations broke in the media.

Pogba rejoined Juventus after six years with Manchester United. Due to an injury, the Frenchman is yet to make his second appearance for the Turin club. However, that hasn’t stopped him from making news with a blackmail allegation.

Pogba’s lawyers claim that ‘an organized gang’ has targeted him in order to extort money from the World Cup winner.

“I haven’t seen him because Injured players work train at different times,” Allegri said ahead of Juve’s match against Spezia.
He added: “At the moment Paul Pogba isn’t available, if everything goes well, from next week he’ll start running again, he is a very important player for us.”
Angel Di Maria was another new player who sustained an injury during the preseason. Allegri, on the other hand, claims he is already back in the Juventus squad.

“I haven’t decided on the line-up yet,” Allegri admitted. “Angel Di Maria [is] available, [but] tomorrow, I will decide on the formation. The match will be a difficult and important one. Spezia are doing good things in the league and they are a team that scores goals.”
