Bruno Fernandes Reveals One Signing That Manchester United Should Pursue. Bruno Fernandes has stated that he would like to play with Barcelona winger Raphinha again. Raphinha joins Rennes in 2019 after a year as a teammate at Sporting CP. They shared the field 39 times, assisting the Portuguese club in winning the Taça de Portugal and Taça de Liga.
While a lot has changed for both players in the three years since that great season, Fernandes would still like to play with Raphinha one day. “So many. Raphinha, who is now at Barcelona, would be one,” the Manchester United star told The Athletic on which player he would always want on his team.
“The chemistry between me and him was really good. I didn’t play with him for a long time at Sporting, but I felt he was a teammate who would give everything for me.”
Raphinha moved to Barcelona from Leeds in the summer for a fee of €58 million. Since his arrival, the 26-year-old has been in and out of the Barcelona team, starting only six of the club’s 14 league games and contributing two goals and two assists.
