Here’s How Much Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Will Earn At Barcelona Following A Transfer Deadline Day Move From Arsenal. Until June 30th, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will reportedly receive a minimal weekly wage of €5000 at Barcelona. On the day of the January transfer deadline, the former Arsenal captain is rumoured to have negotiated a free transfer to Barcelona.
Several outlets have suggested that the change would not be made public until Tuesday because the forward is a free agent, he can be registered when the transfer market closes on Tuesday. The 32-year-old had his contract with the Gunners terminated to facilitate a move to Camp Nou.

Despite the fact that the player had completed his medical with the La Liga giants, talks between the two teams were said to have fallen down on Monday. However, in the last hours of the transfer window, a deal was rekindled after the forward agreed to a significant wage reduction.
According to reports from Mundo Deportivo, Aubameyang will drop from £350,000 per week at Arsenal to a meagre €5000 per week at Barcelona. The Gabon Striker will be paid differently at the Catalan club next season. After Dani Alves, Ferran Torres, and Adama Traoré, Aubameyang will be Barcelona’s fourth winter acquisition.

With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s departure, Arsenal will save roughly £25 million in salary, but they will be left with a massive gap in the attacking department. Since joining Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018, the attacker has scored 92 goals and given 21 assists in 163 games across all competitions.
Following the departure of Aubameyang, Mikel Arteta now has only Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah as attacking options. Both of their contracts are slated to expire next summer, which is concerning.
Lacazette has five goals and four assists in 22 appearances for Arsenal this season in all competitions. In the meanwhile, Nketiah has five goals in 11 appearances for the Gunners this season.
With 36 points from 21 games, Arsenal is presently in the sixth position in the Premier League rankings. They’re two points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, who have one game more than Arsenal.
