For the third season in a row, the Blues will face Real Madrid in the UCL. Nonetheless, Pulisic believes his team has a chance to do another miracle in European play this season.

“I wouldn’t want to play us in the Champions League,” the USMNT star told ESPN. “We were in a similar situation the last time we won the Champions League… struggling in the league and a lot of people counting us out. Look what happened then.”

He added: “Has it been easy in recent weeks? No, but I’m proud of the way that the team has overcome it. The last week we’ve had, getting three wins in a row. You know how fast things can change.”

Chelsea will play Everton in their last league game before the international break. On April 12, the Blues will play Real Madrid in the opening leg of their UCL semi-final matchup.
